CLEO VENNER - PIANO, VOICE, DRUMS, THEORY

TEACHING DAYS: Thursday & Friday

Cleo began on the piano at 4 and picked up the drums at 8. She was involved in a number of school orchestras, bands, and choirs, and was inspired by her amazing music teachers at MLC. She went on to receive a Bachelor of Music Education from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, with a principal study in percussion. She has a strong passion for teaching, particularly neurodivergent students and students with disabilities, and believes that music is one of the most important and useful things anyone can learn. 

Cleo’s teaching style changes depending on the student and their needs, with an emphasis on developing an authentic and comfortable style on the instrument through experimentation, emergent learning, and problem solving.
