Shipping Policy

Product Availability

We ship all items out of retail store in Bowral NSW.

We update our online listings & available stock daily.

In the unlikely event that the item(s) you have ordered are sold out in store, we will contact you immediately. You will then be offered a FULL REFUND/ alternative option or an ETA on replenishment stock. 

Shipping carriers

Depending on the size/weight and destination of your order we ship using different carriers.

Most small Items  (up to shoebox size) are shipped via Australia post Parcel service with tracking.

Larger items such as Keyboards, Guitars, Drums and Amps are shipped by courier with tracking.

We specify the default shipping method on each individual item listing.

Order Tracking

All orders valued at $50 and above are shipped with tracking numbers.

You will receive tracking notification as your order is prepared and collected by one of our couriers.

Transit Insurance

We cover all orders  with a value of $50 and above with transit insurance.

So in the unlikely event your item was damaged or lost in transit you are covered.

Estimated delivery times

We ship all items from our retail store in Bowral NSW.

We endeavour to ship all orders within 24 business hours of receipt of full payment.

Delivery times vary considerably depending on the size/weight and destination of the order.

• NSW: 2-5 business days
• ACT: 2-5 business days
• VIC Metro: 2-5 business days
• VIC Regional: 3-7 business days
• TAS: 5-7 Business days
• QLD Metro: 2-4 business days
• QLD Far North: 4-7 business days
• QLD Regional: 5-9 business days
• SA Metro: 3-4 business days
• SA Regional: 5-9 business days
• NT: 5-14 business days
• NT Remote: 12+ business days
• WA Metro: 5-7 business days
• WA Regional: 7-14 business days
• WA Remote: 12+ business days

Warranty

We are an authorised Australian retailer of all brands we stock.

Unless otherwise specified all items are sold as BRAND NEW and covered under the full manufactures warranty.

Warranty periods vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.

If your item is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, and is within the manufacturer's warranty period, PowerPoint Music will repair or replace your item. If your item cannot be repaired or replaced, we may offer you an alternative option, store credit or issue a refund.

Items found to be faulty due to abuse, mishandling or any sort of misuse will not qualify for warranty repair or replacement.

Returns for change of mind

PowerPoint Music will accept returns if the following criteria is met:

• To obtain a return authorisation please contact us at sales@powerpointmusic.com.auwithin 30 days of receiving your item(s). 
• Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging (where applicable) with all original accessories & manuals.
• Item(s) must be received in as new condition and must not be damaged or show any signs of wear.
• Return shipping for a change of mind purchase is at the buyer’s expense. Item(s) may also be directly returned in-store.
• Returns must be received by PowerPoint Music within ten (10) business days of obtaining return authorisation.
• After receiving the returned item(s) PowerPoint Music will assess the condition of the item(s) and issue a refund, exchange, or store credit according to your preference. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply to recover some of the original shipping costs to you. 

Non-returnable items

Due to copyright laws, we can NOT accept returns for printed music or music CD’s & DVD’s.

The following items can NOT be returned due to health and hygiene reasons:

· Unsealed ear plugs

· Open reeds, mouthpieces, and cleaning swabs

· Recorders

· Harmonicas

· Some vocal microphones
